PROJECT 2- DONATIONS!

We are currently accepting any NEW toys for donation. Items can be for ages newborn to 12th grade.

 

We are currently taking donations of new clothing, gloves, hats, scarves, shoes, etc. in sizes ranging from newborn to adult sizes. (Ages newborn to 12th grade)

PROJECT 3- HAUNTED HOUSE

 

Brimstone Haunted Forest will be hosting a Haunted House on October 31st and November 1st, starting at 7:30 pm each night. Admission is $5. Noone under 9 years of age will be permitted to enter due to the nature of the event. It will be located in the Letcher County Tourism Building. All proceeds benefit Letcher Co. Tree of Hope.

 

PROJECT 4-ROAD BLOCK

​There will be a road block set up on November 15th at the McDonald's and the Rite Aid intersection. We are also taking donations via PayPal, cash or check. We are also taking donations via gofundme.com. The link to that is: http://www.gofundme.com/fy4oas You will be provided with our Tax ID Number and receipt upon request.

PROJECT 5- PICTURES WITH SANTA AND/OR

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

 

Brimstone Haunted Forest is sponsoring Pictures with Santa! They will be doing regular photos with Santa for $5. They will also have people dressed up at your favorite characters from Nightmare Before Christmas! Photos with the cast will be $5. You can have your picture taken with both scenes for $8. You must have a valid email because the photos will be digital only and will be emailed directly to you. The event will be held at the Ermine Community Center across from Wal-Mart in Whitesburg on November 8th from 4pm-8pm. There will also be a table of candy and each child will be give a sack to fill with the candy of their choice.

We are currently seeking locations to set up drop-off boxes for clothing and toys. If your business would like to be involved, please contact us. We are also looking for someone with a building or storage facility to donate for the months of October, November, and December for storing the presents. If you would like to donate this wonderful service, please contact us. ALL donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
